Students
of Friends School of Atlanta ready for a day of service at Cafe
458 on
November 14, 2001. During their 8 week class in Friendly Consensus, they made
the decision to work at Cafe 458 preparing and serving lunch to homeless people
in
Atlanta.
One of the lessons in the "Friendly Consensus" course asks students to create
a
banner that can be used to tell others about your "values, strengths, goals and
a
personal motto".
Using pcitures, symbols and words, the banners are the work of students pictured
in the Friends School of Atlanta class above. |
